Project Coordinator At The Kukah Centre for Faith and Leadership

Contract Type: Fixed Term
Duration October 2025–June 2027
Gross Emolument N2,900,000 Monthly

The Kukah Centre for Faith and Leadership Research was incorporated on 17 December 2012 as a non-governmental organisation and began operations in Abuja. It identifies itself as a Research and Policy Think Tank that facilitates the participation of citizens in policy formulation and governance. With four key programme areas that include: Good Governance, Leadership Development, Memory Preservation, Advocacy & Knowledge Promotion and Inter-faith Dialogue at the core of its activities, it influences efforts towards bridging the gaps between public policy, faith, and leadership. The Kukah Centre is also the Secretariat of the National Peace Committee (NPC), an initiative made up of eminent elder statesmen who undertake efforts to make themselves available for national mediation and conciliation to ensure a peaceful electoral process and outcomes that are acceptable to the generality of Nigerians and the international community.

Additionally, its mission is to pursue the common good of all citizens, where all Nigerians can live in a humane, democratic, and free society unbounded by structural, ethno-religious and socio-economic societal constructs. The Centre treats political leadership as a collaborative exercise and aims to promote governance structures which incorporate multiple levels of engagement, including Individuals, Households, Small Businesses, Community gatekeepers (Traditional and Religious Leaders), the private sector, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and institutions of government.
