Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day coordination of biometric integration activities, including preparing meeting schedules, updating workplans, and maintaining action logs.
  • Document all technical sessions with KDBS, Natview, and SPHCMB, ensuring decisions, risks, and next steps are accurately recorded.
  • Assist the Project Officer in organizing field visits, data collection exercises, and system verification spot checks.
  • Prepare presentation materials, briefing notes, and status summaries for state-level review meetings.
  • Follow up with system vendors, state IT teams, and LGAs on outstanding tasks to ensure timely resolution of integration issues.
  • Compile weekly and monthly progress updates, highlighting blockers requiring escalation to the Program Officer or Program Manager.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Information Systems, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, field support, or program administration.
