Responsibilities
- Program Planning and implementation: Develops multiple plans. Set goals and timelines. Manage and provide guidance to staff and volunteers in the day-to-day execution of projects.
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting: Works closely with M&E officer to develop and implement M&E systems. Tracks performance, impacts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Donor engagement. Conducts needs assessments and stakeholder consultations to inform program design.
- Grant proposal writing. Develop and manage program budgets in coordination with finance. Contribute to the annual strategic planning process.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies and ensures project continuity.
