- The Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) is looking for a motivated and experienced Programme Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of TCDI 2.0 across seven African countries.
- Through the Tobacco Control Data Initiative, we are working to improve access to countryspecific data to drive smarter public health decisions across subSaharan Africa.
What you will do
- Manage crosscountry implementation of TCDI 2.0
- Build and maintain partnerships with governments, CSOs, and academia
- Drive uptake of datadriven tobacco control policies
- Lead government engagement and support strategic capacity building.
What we are looking for
- Master’s degree in social sciences
- 8+ years of project management experience in international development
- Experience working in the Global South, especially SubSaharan Africa
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage diverse, remote teams.
