Job Summary
Responsible for mobilizing communities, facilitating engagement activities, and ensuring inclusive participation in project implementation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct community mobilization and sensitization
- Facilitate community meetings and awareness sessions
- Support beneficiary identification and targeting
- Strengthen community structures and engagement platforms
- Document activities and prepare reports
- Ensure inclusion of persons with disabilities and vulnerable groups
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partners
- Conduct regular field visits
Required Skills
