Job Description
- The applicant must be able to design, implement, monitor and assess programs that align with the Foundation’s mission and objectives.
- The applicant must be able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring the execution of initiatives while contributing to the foundation’s overall development.
- The applicant must have the ability to develop project proposals and strategic plans consistent with the Foundation’s objectives
- Prepare comprehensive budgets for program activities
- Plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions and community engagement events
- Gather and analyze program performance data and present findings to stakeholders and donors
- Cultivate relationships with donors, partners, donor agencies, government agencies and local stakeholders
- Ccollaborate with fund raising teams to identify and secure financial support for programs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years relevant work experience.
