Job Description
- The role holder will work as a team member in the Directorate of Programs and provide professional support in defining program requirements, strategy development, project management, program audit & quality assurance, managing alliances, and advocacy.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop programs that align with the organization’s vision and a corporate goal.
- Supervise and provide technical inputs for research and program development.
- Develop and manage the effective delivery of programs and their promotion & education to organizations, communities, and other groups.
- Collaborate with other Directorates on other program-led initiatives and ensure effective execution.
- Manage resources to ensure program objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for each program
- Prepare periodic reports on programs’ status
- Effectively manage program database for decision support.
Person Specifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years post qualification experience in a structured organization.
- Work experience in an NGO and in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Packages: Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
