marginalized populations across Nigeria. Position Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of all project activities under YPHO’s humanitarian portfolio. The role includes supervision of field teams, budget management, donor reporting, and representation at coordination forums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project implementation and ensure alignment with donor requirements.
- Supervise program staff and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure quality reporting, documentation, and data management.
- Support resource mobilization and proposal development.
- Represent YPHO at cluster meetings and partner engagements.
- Oversee budget utilization and ensure accountability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management with NGOs.
- Proven leadership, coordination, and donor liaison skills.
- Excellent report writing and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
