CHDFNigeria is a non-profit organization that supports children and persons with Congenital Heart Disease popularly called Hole in the Heart in Nigeria. The foundation is envisioned to be the leading charity organization in Nigeria supporting the CHD cause. Role Description
- This is a full-time role for a Program Manager at The Congenital Heart Disease Foundation of Nigeria.
- The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s programs and services.
- They will coordinate activities, collaborate with stakeholders, develop policies and procedures, and ensure the smooth implementation of programs.
- This role will involve a combination of on-site work at our location in Abeokuta and remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in program management, project management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of healthcare or non-profit sector
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with congenital heart disease
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as healthcare management, public health, medicine or social work)
- Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
