Job Summary:
We are hiring a Procurement Officer to oversee FAAF’s procurement processes, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and value for money. The role will support project and operational needs in line with internal policies and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes for goods and services.
- Ensure proper documentation and vendor selection.
- Maintain supplier databases and contracts.
- Track delivery and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support inventory and asset management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement or logistics role.
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures and compliance.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
