Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Communication Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote SKF’s mission, programs, and activities. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about women’s rights, disability rights, and humanitarian work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and other communication materials.
- Support in managing SKF’s social media accounts, including content creation and monitoring engagement.
- Collaborate with the Communication Officer to update SKF’s website with news, events, and project updates.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, campaigns, and media outreach activities.
- Collect stories, testimonies, and other content from program beneficiaries to highlight SKF’s impact.
- Help monitor media coverage and assist in developing reports for internal and external use.
- Support in designing communication materials such as flyers, banners, and brochures.

Requirements:
- SSCE, and currently pursuing a degree in media/communications, IT, or any related field.
- Fluency in English language
- Experience in media, Corel Draw, Microsoft Applications, Web Design, online content creation
