Requirements
- Proficiency in; Nigeria labour laws, Experience with HRIS (eg Zoho people, Pade HCM),
- Excellent written and verbal communication,
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment process
- Employee relations and policy management experience
- Manage employee entire life cycle.
- Experience reducing attrition rate for organization.
