Job Title: Operations / Programs Lead
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who can generally carry the program on their head. More specifically, this means someone who can:
- Collaborate with superior to design strategies, programs and processes.
- Implement strategies, programs and processes.
- Drive partnerships.
- Manage other team members.
- Design a curriculum and curate courses.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience.
- Passionate about help
- Energetic
- People person
- Can coordinate and implement strategies
- Computer-literate
- Available to travel around
- Prior experience is an added advantage.
Compensation
