Concerned Youths for Development Initiative (CYDI) is a reputable Community Based Organization (CBO) that is programming for HIV/AIDS Intervention and other related infections, as well as Drugs Harm reduction among people who use drugs in Nigeria. Since 2014, the organization has started operating in the country as an entity, and is now covering four states in Nigeria including Benue, Plateau, Ondo and Ekiti states on HIV/AIDS program in partnership with various IPs such as HAI-N, APIN Public Health Initiative, Society for Family Health (SFH), and ECWES.

Job Title: Nurse Case Manager

Job Description
- The Nurse Case Manager shallserve as a counsellor on HIV/AIDS and other related infections for theorganization.
- He/She shall ensure that thenational HIV Testing Servicesethics are maintained.
- He/She shall be responsible for the coordination of HIV testingoutreaches, escort and linkages ofclients to appreciate services, andensuring that clients are retained incare.
- The nurse case manager shallfrequently stepdown the updatednational HIV testing standards tothe counsellor tester.
- He/She shall bring innovations incase finding and management, as well as strategies for meeting target.
- He/She shall be responsible forthe validation and accountabilityof all HIV testing tools and, RTK,and other HTS consumables.
- He/She shall serve as advisor to the organization’s decision makerson HIV testing services.
- Shall be answerable to the PMand the ED.
- Shall perform any other duty that may be assigned to him/her by the PM or the organization’s Executive Director (ED).
Educational Qualification
- Must have B.Sc Degree in Nursing, Laboratory Silence, Laboratory Tech. or other relevant discipline.
Skills / Experience:
- Must have good computer applications prowess especially office tools.
- Must have good reports writing skills.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have at least three (3) years’ experience working with a KP focus organization on a similar program.
- Must have two (2) laboratory testing and community testing experience, especially on HIV program.
