Background
Danuwa Empowerment Foundation (DANUWA), a youth-led humanitarian organization focused on protection and dignity promotion for women and girls, with support from UNICEF to implement the “Improved access to preventive, risk mitigation and response services for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence in Katsina and Sokoto States” invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of Back-to-School Kits in support of its protection programming in Katsina State.
2. Back to School Kits Content and Specifications
Each Back to School Kits must be pre-packed and contain the following items, as described below:

Each kit must be packed in the Bag-Back provided. Labeling should be done in both English and Hausa, Listing all contents. No promotional or political branding is allowed.
3. Quantity and Delivery
- Total Kits Required: 250 Pcs
- Delivery Deadline: Within 5 calendar days of contract signing
- Delivery Address: DANUWA Office Katsina
- Vendor is responsible for offloading and arranging the items at the designated location.
4. Vendor Eligibility
Interested and qualified vendors must submit the following:
- Valid CAC registration certificate.
- Company profile (if available) and office address.
- At least two (2) past contracts or evidence of similar supply.
- Bidders should provide pictorial samples when bidding, and the samples should come as separate attachment from the quotation page.
- Delivery capacity and lead time.
- Signed declaration of non-affiliation/conflict of interest (Code of Conduct).
5. Evaluation Criteria

Relevant Experience & Past Performance 20% Bonus preference will be given to:
- Women-led or youth-led suppliers
- Vendors offering value-added services (e.g., delivery to hard-to-reach LGAs)
