The Danish Council for Refugees (DRC) endron of the implementation of the program (ACM) Action Against Mines in Colombia, seeks to contract with an insurance company legally constituted in Colombia and supervised by the Colombian Financial Superintendency a Non-contractual Civil Liability Insurance Policy. This policy must cover third parties in the event of an eventuality associated with Humanitarian Demining activities.
Policy conditions:
one- Express coverage of the damages caused by the insured both in the emerging damage modality and in the lost profit modality.
2- Express coverage of extra-patrimonial damages.
DRC asks you to submit your proposal. Use this RFQ and the attached Reference Term Annex (TOR).
