Pre‐qualification will be based on meeting the minimum criteria regarding the applicant’s legal status (CAC registration-active Certificate, demonstrate tax compliance, Other business-related certificates, Expression of Interest-EOI letter on Company letter head), experience, personnel and financial position as demonstrated by their responses where applicable accordingly
