ISOILAJ Social Development Initiative is a dedicated non-governmental organization committed to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and youth within our communities. We work tirelessly to provide support, resources, and care to these young individuals, as well as their families and caregivers.

Who Can Apply?
- Female applicants only – In line with our goal to promote gender equity in our team.
You MUST reside in or around:
- Isolo, Oshodi, Okota, Ajao Estate, or nearby areas in Lagos (proximity to the office is very important).
Minimum Qualification:
- HND or BSc in any relevant field
- NGO experience is not required (but it’s a nice bonus!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, monitoring, and evaluating program activities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from field activities
- Support in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagements
- Work closely with field officers and program leads to ensure accurate tracking of impact
You’d Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Are willing to work in a grassroots, small-scale NGO and grow with it
- Are comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools (or are willing to learn!)
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
- Enjoy working in a team and engaging with communities
