Job Summary:
FAAF is looking for an experienced M&E Consultant to support the development and implementation of monitoring tools, data collection, and reporting frameworks across our arts and storytelling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design M&E plans and tools aligned with project goals.
- Conduct baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
- Analyze data and produce evaluation reports.
- Train staff on data collection and usage.
- Provide actionable recommendations for program improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&E, preferably in the non-profit or creative sector.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative tools.
