Job Purpose
- To design and implement monitoring systems to track training activities, outcomes, certification, and employment status of trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop M&E framework and performance indicators.
- Conduct baseline assessments and maintain trainee database.
- Track trainee attendance using biometric systems where applicable.
- Monitor training progress and performance outcomes.
- Ensure data entry into the IDEAS Project MIS platform.
- Prepare M&E reports for programme management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation.
