Educational Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or a related field is required.
- A Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or related field is an added advantage. A Professional Engineer (PE), e.g., COREN, NSE license is an advantage.
Experience
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a mechanical design or engineering role.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects, prototypes, or solutions
