Role Summary:
- Manages routine data collection, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and use monitoring tools (Kobo/ODK).
- Collect and analyze data from field activities.
- Maintain beneficiary databases.
- Support learning events and documentation.
- Manage feedback and accountability mechanisms.
- Produce monitoring reports for management review.
Academic Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, Computer Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience with Excel, ODK, KoboCollect is an added advantage.
General Requirements
- Applicants must be 20 years of age or above.
- Applicants must be residents of Maiduguri Metropolis.
- NYSC Corps Members are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Individuals with a passion for humanitarian work, community service, and organizational development are encouraged to express interest.
- Selected individuals will be joining a young and growing NGO, and early team members will play a key role in shaping its structure, programs, and impact.
