Job Title: Marketing Officer
Location: Kwara
Job Description
- The Marketing Officer will work under the supervision of the Head of Business Development and Marketing.
- The Marketing Officer will be responsible to directly support the Third Party Administrators in the implementation of the marketing plans for the Kwara State Health Insurance Scheme.
- Tasks include amongst others: identify marketing opportunities, support marketing, and sales training and workshops, evaluate and discuss the effectiveness of implemented marketing strategies, assess client experiences and provide es recommendations, review and analyse marketing plans, reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and promote aggressive marketing campaign.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of effective marketing Plan.
- Identify and develop market penetration strategies for the Scheme.
- Coordinate and participate in products promotional programs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the marketing activities.
- Sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular market intelligence activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- MBA or relevant Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in a Marketing role.
- Good Communication and negotiations skills.
- Result oriented and ready to meet and surpass target.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
