Reports to: National Coordinator
Job Purpose
The Logistics Officer will oversee procurement, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and logistics coordination to support effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement processes in line with organizational policies.
- Manage transportation and distribution of Shelter/NFI materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
- Ensure timely delivery of project supplies.
- Conduct supplier identification and market assessments.
- Support asset management and fleet operations.
- Ensure proper documentation of procurement and logistics transactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor\’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of humanitarian procurement procedures.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
