- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loan analyst with a strong background in finance, loan analysis, processing, and management.
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our organization, working closely with banks and financial institutions to secure loans for women entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze loan applications and assess financial viability.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure loans for women entrepreneurs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial partners.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide financial guidance to women entrepreneurs throughout the loan process.
- Collaborate with the team to identify funding opportunities and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in loan analysis, processing, and management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and promoting economic empowerment.
