Scope of Bid
Restoration of Hope Initiative (ROHI) Maiduguri is pleased to invite sealed bids from eligible
contractors nationwide for Procurement/supply of Learners mainstreaming materials into formal
school in Borno state.
The supply of Learners mainstreaming materials into formal school should meet up with the
specifications as stated in the bid form to be collected at the ROHI office.
Qualified companies who wish to be considered for the procurement are Invited to collect the bid
form at; House No 1 beside Isa Batti’s House, Borno state.
Bid Submission
Companies should submit clearly marked envelopes with tender reference number on or before 16 th
June, 2025.
The bids should contain the following:
- Bidder’s company profile.
- Certificate establishing company registration with either federal, state, or local government.
- Documents establishing the company nature of business and license to conduct business in
Nigeria. - Registration certificate with either federal or state tax authorities.
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Financial Year.
- Independent Auditor’s Report for the FY 2021, 2022 and 2024.
- SCUML certificate.
- Letter of reference, recommendations or appreciation given by other previous clients
