Invitation to Pre-qualifications of Suppliers for Provision of Various Goods and Services
Multi Aid and Charity Initiative (MACI) is a non-profit and humanitarian organization dedicated to advancing human equality and supporting children’s rights. Established in 2020, MACI is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) with a diverse range of orientations and ideologies as embodied in its principles and charter. MACI’s areas of humanitarian interest include but are not limited to:
- Gender-based Violence
- Girl’s Child Education
- Women and Youth Empowerment
- Sexual and Reproductive Health Education
- Food Security
- Nutrition and Livelihood
- Community Health Education and Mobilization
The MACI Office in Maiduguri invites applications from competent firms for prequalification for the supply of goods, services, and works listed below for the years 2024 – 2025.

Interested companies should email [email protected] to request the Pre-qualification Instruction and additional documents. Please use the reference number as the subject line of your email. For example, “MACI/WFP/LOG/2024/001 – Provision of Refreshment and Hall Services.”

Quotation submission closes on 12th July 2024 at 5:00 PM.
Acceptance of your pre-qualification(s) and any subsequent contract is subject to MACI’s Terms and Conditions. MACI does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender offer.
