Community Development and Reproductive Health Initiative[CODERHI] invites qualified hotels located in Gombe, Gombe State to submit proposals for a framework agreement to provide accommodation, conference facilities, and related services for official activities.
- Interested hotels are required to submit:
- • A company profile with evidence of registration and operations.
- • Details of available room types and conference/event facilities
- • A list of services offered (e.g., airport pick-up, meals, internet, laundry)
- • A schedule of rates (valid for at least 12 months)
- • Any applicable discounts or terms for long stays or group bookings
- • All bids must be submitted on company letterhead and dated
The purpose of this process is to establish a non-exclusive framework agreement for a period of 12 months under which services will be engaged on an as-needed basis.
Submission Deadline:
All bids must be submitted by 16th August, 2025 to [email protected] with the subject line: “Framework Agreement – Hotel Services – Gombe”.
Evaluation and Award:
Bids will be evaluated based on price, quality of facilities, available services, and suitability for the organisation’s needs. The successful hotel(s) will be contacted for contract finalisation.
