Submission Requirements:
Interested vendors should collect the Quotation Request Form (RFQ) and Impartiality Form from the SHI Maiduguri office or sent a mail to [email protected] coping [email protected].
- Vendors must attach the following documents to their submission:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Completed and signed RFQ
- Bank Account Details
- The advertisement opens on 20th August 2025 and closes 3rd September, 2025. Quotations should be submitted no later than close of business on 3rd September, 2025.
