Role Description
- This is a volunteer role as a Health Program Manager at Better You Africa Initiative.
- As a Health Program Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of health programs.
- This includes developing and implementing program strategies, monitoring program progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- This is a hybrid role, based in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Program Management and Program Development skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of community health issues and interventions
- Experience in health program planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Ability to work in a diverse team and collaborate effectively
- Passionate about education and community health awareness
- Experience working in a non-profit or volunteer organization is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages spoken in Lagos is a plus
