Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and optimize all operational aspects of the organization.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of operational projects and programs.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and staffing for all operational functions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by assessing and enhancing current operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all operational activities.
- Report to the CEO and provide regular updates on operational performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or related field with a minimum of 5years experience.
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the health and social wellness sectors.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for social impact and community wellness.
