Aid Initiative to Support Vulnerable and Ideal People (AISVIP) is a Non-Governmental Organization geared toward empowering vulnerable and less privilege people in the society. The organization history dates back to 2016 when group of people conceived an idea of contributing to humanitarian activities in Northeast Nigeria.

Responsibilties
Grants & Compliance:

  • Lead grants management for the NHF-funded project, ensuring full compliance with NHF policies, donor agreements, and reporting timelines.
  • Coordinate proposal development, budget revisions, cost extensions, and donor communications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of narrative and financial reports in collaboration with Finance and MEAL teams.

Program Leadership & Quality:

  • Provide technical oversight to protection programming, including GBV, child protection, PSEAH, and community-based protection approaches.
  • Ensure integration of protection mainstreaming, disability inclusion, AAP, and survivor-centered approaches across all activities.
  • Lead program planning, implementation tracking, and adaptive management based on monitoring findings and context changes.

Coordination & Representation:

  • Represent AISVIP in NHF, Protection Sector, GBV Sub-Sector, Child Protection AoR, and inter-agency coordination meetings.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with donors, UN agencies, government counterparts, and humanitarian partners.

Management & Capacity Building:

  • Supervise project managers and technical leads, ensuring effective performance management and capacity development.
  • Support organizational learning, documentation of best practices, and development of knowledge products.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Masters in Management (MiM) Degree with 7 – 10 years experience.
