Country Finance Officer at Care First Community Initiative (CFCI)

Care First Community Initiative (CFCI) is a Nigerian NGO advancing human rights, social welfare, and livelihoods for vulnerable groups through Food Security, Research, Livelihoods, Education, Shelter/CCCM/NFI, Warehousing & Logistics, Nutrition, Health, Protection/Access to Justice, Advocacy/Information, and WASH.

Location Borno

Reports to: Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control warehouse and logistics budgets
  • Review and process warehouse-related payment requests
  • Support financial tracking of warehouse assets and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and donor financial rules
  • Prepare financial reports related to warehouse and logistics costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAN, CPA) is an advantage
  • 3–5 years\’ experience in finance roles, preferably in NGO settings
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience managing warehouse/logistics budgets preferred
