INVITATION TO BID
Norwegian Church Aid is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):
- Construction of new emergency latrine Monguno (1 block of 5 cabin) – 10 blocks
- Construction of new emergency latrine Pulka (1 block of 5 cabin) – 2 blocks
- All the services are for humanitarian project within Northeast Nigeria an intervention supported by NORAD/MFA.
- All services are to be delivered Within Borno State.
- The offered prices shall be quoted in Nigerian Naira Only.
- Selection Criteria / Mandatory Requirement
- Proof of company registration and licences to operate in Nigeria (CAC & SCUML Certificate)
- Valid and updated functional company Tax Identification Number, TIN 2024/2025
- Physical presence & Functional office within Nigeria (Preferable Borno State).
- Experience in similar activities in the past especially with I/NGOs only Within Borno State (minimum of 1 – 2 year) highly recommended.
- Must be a Limited Liability Company

- Up to dated Civil Engineering/Construction Certifications from any approved Government issuance body (mandated)
- All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 15:00 hrs, 02nd June 2025. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing (or email) up to 16:00 hrs 30th May 2025.
- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders on 04th June 2025.
- Tender documents will be available from 13th May 2025 to 29th May 2025, 10:00 hrs. Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below or you can request via email address as stated.
