Job Description
- As a Finance Officer at Shoppyrex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization.
- You will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance for business planning and strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions and capital allocation.
- Participate in the preparation of audit materials and support external auditors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, with a solid understanding of financial management principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including [Excel, Quick book,etc].
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation of financial insights.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
