Hallmark Leadership Initiative (HALI) is a registered non-governmental and non-profit civil society organization based in Maiduguri, Borno State. Committed to mitigating the challenges faced by marginalized and vulnerable populations, HALI operates in response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Northeastern Nigeria caused by the Boko Haram insurgency and subsequent food security crisis.

Job Summary
- The Finance Manager provides strategic financial leadership, ensuring the financial health of the project and compliance with donor and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- The role oversees budgeting, financial planning, reporting, risk management, cash flow control, audits, and advises senior management on financial decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required, with several years of financial management experience.
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an added advantage.
