Job Summary

The Finance Intern will support financial operations, documentation, and reporting in compliance with organizational and donor requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing payments and vouchers
  • Maintain financial records and filing systems
  • Support bank reconciliations and cash tracking
  • Assist in budget tracking and expenditure monitoring
  • Support audit preparation and documentation
  • Perform data entry into accounting systems
  • Carry out other finance-related tasks as assigned

Required Skills

  • Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
