The Five Teams Empowerment Initiative (5TEi) is a registered non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable populations through quality health, nutrition, protection, education, and livelihood support. As part of our commitment to improving health and nutrition outcomes, we are recruiting a motivated and experienced Field Pharmacist to support our field operations in Maiduguri, Magumeri, and Mare.
Job Vacancy: Field Pharmacist
Location: Magumeri and Marte, Borno State, Roving Position to be Based in Maiduguri
Organization: Five Teams Empowerment Initiative (5TEi)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of stock movement.
- Maintain proper storage conditions and records in line with pharmaceutical best practices.
- Support healthcare teams in ensuring rational drug use and adherence to treatment protocols.
- Conduct regular site visits to field locations to assess pharmaceutical needs and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with program staff to forecast medical needs based on program activities.
- Provide training and mentoring to field staff on drug handling and reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation of medicine receipts, disbursements, and expiry tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics for the timely delivery of medical supplies.
