Qualification: Applicant must be a BSc or MSc Holder with Computer Knowledge.
- Coordinate with supervisor and field security to develop field strategies and initiatives.
- Assess and evaluate team activities and individual performance
- Fill knowledge gaps through additional training and professional development programs
- Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals.
- .Monitoring field activities on a daily basis
- Compiling daily activities and reporting on a weekly basis.
- Directly reporting to the team lead.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
