Zoom on the Information System
The Information System consists of 3 people. The mission of its members is to support the headquarters and field teams in the use and development of computer tools.
And the field computer deployment officer in all this?
As a Technician.ne Informatique et Cyber security Volant.e? you will ensure the deployment, optimal use and maintenance of computer infrastructures and tools used in the field. You will ensure the maintenance in operational conditions of the’ entire ICT structure of the field for the missions concerned.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :
Coordination and support of the deployment and maintenance of computer devices (server solutions and cybersecurity) on missions: You will participate in the choice of target missions and you will ensure the provision of equipment, services, documents necessary for activities to be carried out in the field. You ensure the deployment of the chosen hardware and software solutions and will set the necessary framework for their use, and maintenance on a daily basis. You will ensure that IT teams are fully involved in the installation, start-up and usual operation stages of equipment and software.
Support of IT field teams: You will provide second and third level support for IT field teams face-to-face and remotely and you will provide and deploy the framework and support documents ensuring proper operation and an optimal use of computer systems and the implementation of good practices. You will ensure that the necessary tools for support, exchanges between headquarters are put in place. You will ensure an effective follow-up of field requests and provide answers within a reasonable time. You will promote the establishment of’une « community IT » gathering the focal points concerned grounds.
Monitoring and optimization of hardware and software used on missions : You will ensure the proper functioning of system and network infrastructures and optimize the management of the computer fleet of missions. You will support the preparation of user stations based on the’association standard, including Windows images, application pack, functional and security update pack. You will support the implementation of good practices related to the maintenance of computer equipment (system/network infrastructure, client stations and peripherals) and the management of funds of the software used (use, use, etc, renewal of licenses, etc.). You will participate in the holding of the’inventory of the computer equipment of the’Association.
Reporting, training and capitalization tools : You will contribute to the writing of educational materials for field teams. You will organize and lead the training and awareness sessions upstream and during your visits to the target missions. You will be in charge of defining’a framework for regular reporting and piloting of’activity. You will be in charge of writing and sharing visit reports and recommendations with the relevant teams.
The challenges ahead of you:
– The accompaniment and the’ support to missions for the deployment of field computing infrastructures ; – Active participation in the drafting of documents on the management and use of computer equipment ; – Regular monitoring and increased vigilance with regard to the optimal functioning of the solutions implemented and’assurance of continuity of the services offered to the Missions ; – Training and awareness-raising for logistics coordinators, logisticians, computer technicians and field teams ; – Deployment of cybersecurity solutions and training for field teams
What you will need to succeed
Formation
You can justify from’a training License or Bac +3 in computer science, administration systems and digital networks.
Experience
You are strong of’an experience in a position similar to the headquarters of’une NGO or you have a professional experience of 2 years minimum. Have you worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
Skills
You master Win 2012 R2, Win XP, Win 7 Win 10, SharePoint, PowerShell and PHP scripts, Office Suite tools 2016, 2019, AIK, Clonezilla, Syncovery, Microsoft Azure, etc, office 365 applications: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, LAN networks, Wifi, and finally MySQL databases, SQL server.
Qualities required
You show a good relationship, ease of communication, both in writing and orally, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness, adaptability and you have negotiation skills.
Languages

PUI will propose
Status: Framework
Salary: 3100 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
Medical coverage: 80% of the mutual Health and Providence
Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)
Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
