JDPH requires the services of a Facilitator to facilitate training sessions with targeted beneficiaries (famers) on the production of organic liquid fertilizer and pesticide.
Objective
The Facilitator will be responsible for a two-day training of the targeted beneficiaries (farmers) in communities of Fune and Fika LGAs of Yobe State: Fune Village, Mill Biyar and three communities of Koe, Kampani and Gadaka town in Fika LGA of Yobe State. The training will be centred on supporting the communities on the production of organic liquid fertilizer and pesticide
Deliverables
- Facilitate a two-day training on the production of organic fertilizer and pesticides in the selected communites
- Prepare report of the training sessions and submit to JDPH within three days after the completion of the training.
Condition for Hiring
- The facilitator must be an expert in the area of organic sustainable agriculture with proof of previous facilitation of same training with targeted beneficiaries (famers)
- Demonstrate ability to carry out participatory facilitation where participants will be involved and engaged adequately.
- Experience working with farmers (Men and Women) in a humanitarian setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with participants in English and Hausa languages
