- Helen Keller INTL is launching “Call for Expression of Interest “from qualified, interested, and duly established companies, suppliers, and service providers from ADAMAWA STATE or it’s environs to participate in pre-qualification of supplier’s exercise in any of the below-listed goods or services or work area. We cordially invite both existing and new suppliers to submit their expression of interest.
Eligibility
These eligibility criteria ensure that only qualified suppliers are considered for contracts, thereby reducing risk and ensuring that the organization receives highquality goods or services.
- Supplier must be a legally registered entity in the country or region where the goods or services are to be provided, have all necessary licenses and permits required and possess the technical expertise, equipment, and resources necessary to fulfill the contract.
- Supplier must be in good standing with tax authorities and must provide tax registration certificate.
- Suppliers should have a proven track record in providing similar goods or services and demonstrate the ability to produce and deliver goods or services in the required quantities and within the specified timeframes.
- Supplier must have a physical shop/office address with functional email address and phone number.
- Suppliers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest with Helen Keller INTL or it’s staff members.
- Helen Keller INTL will conduct background checks or require evidence of a positive business reputation.
