Hope and Rural Aid Foundation (HARAF) is a National Non-Governmental organisation focused on Humanitarian and developmental response program in Nigeria, with thematic areas across CCCM/Sheter-NFIs, Education, Food Security and Livelihood and Protection.

HARAF is seeking qualified candidates for opportunities at Gombi and Hong LGAs of Adamawa State.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans for projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives and indicators.
- Design data collection tools, methodologies, and sampling strategies for monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Conduct regular field visits to project sites to monitor progress, collect data, and assess the quality of project implementation.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure project performance, identify trends, and assess impact.
- Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports, including findings, recommendations, and lessons learned.
- Provide technical support and capacity building to project staff and partners on monitoring and evaluation methodologies and tools.
Contribute to project planning, proposal development, and donor reporting processes.
Qualifications and Experience for all Positions
• Relevant experience for the different roles and demonstration of capacity to hold the position.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or its equivalent preferably with social sciences.
• Demonstrated experience and commitment to working in conflict affected communities.
• Fluency in English and excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Fair monitoring and evaluation skills/experience.
• Knowledge of project cycle management.
• Deep knowledge of the environment.
