Background
Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) is a distinguished non-profit and non-governmental organization established in 2012 by a cadre of dynamic researchers. Officially incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/91613) in 2016, AHSF is committed to the advancement of community healthcare within the humanitarian sphere.
Existing since October 2016, AHSF focuses on improving the quality of life of vulnerable populations across communities in North East Nigeria. AHSF operates both in an emergency and developmental context and has its program principally rooted in identifying gaps that affects the population or increases the vulnerability of the population and bridging those gaps through resource base planning and implementation.
AHSF has experience working with various partners in the Northeast, Northcentral and Northwest of Nigeria implementing Nutrition, WASH, PROTECTION / GBV and HEALTH. In the Northeast, we are working with UNOCHA (NHF) NUTRITION & HEALTH Projects, in partnership with PUI, and UNFPA. Similarly in the Northwest region of Nigeria, we have worked with NAVANTI Group, a US research-based Non-Profit Organization, on Food Security and Nutrition, to determine food availability, affordability and accessibility within conflict-clocked areas, in the northwest states: Katsina, Zamfara and Sokoto states respectively.
Our core mission is to elevate community health standards through a multifaceted approach encompassing research, advocacy, health promotion and education, community development, capacity building, program evaluation, impact assessments, needs analysis, baseline/midline/endline surveys, systems strengthening, and targeted service delivery. Our focus extends particularly to the vulnerable and marginalized populations in Nigeria and beyond.
Purpose
- In accordance with procurement best practices, the purpose of this request for expression of interest aims to identify qualified, interested and duly registered companies, suppliers, or service providers from the pool of supplier(s) who would express interest in providing any of the below-listed goods or services to our office in any of our various locations.

Important Notice
- It is compulsory that a service provider MUST express interest for all the services at once, ONLY bid for particular service you can render
- The successful Vendor(s) will sign an Agreement with a set price that shall be for a period of twelve (12) months which may be subject to review.
- Vendors shall be domiciled in and shall comply with all Government Regulations to operate in Nigeria. Vendors shall be regular taxpayers and shall furnish a copy of their operating license/certificate of registration. Vendors shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
- A vendor may modify or withdraw its EOI after submission, provided that a written notice of the modification, including substitution or withdrawal of the EOI is received by the Purchaser prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of Expression of Interest. Furthermore, no EOI may be modified after the deadline for submission.
- In the Bid Form and Price Schedule, as well as in all documents, correspondence, and business dealings relating to this tender, all financial rates and quantities must be expressed in Nigerian Naira.
- After the screening process, all eligible vendors will be contacted via email.
- Applications submitted after the deadline won’t be accepted.
- Any application that does not follow these instructions especially the title in your subject column will not be responded to or considered for shortlisting.
