We invite qualified and potential suppliers, both existing and new, to express their interest in providing goods and services for the upcoming financial year (2024/2025). This call adheres to the highest procurement standards, encouraging participation in the 2024/2025 pre-qualification of suppliers exercise, covering various goods, services, or work areas.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria: Prospective suppliers must meet the following criteria:
- Cover Page indicating category(s) of interest and related Reference Number(s).
- Company Profile with registered addresses, official emails, telephone numbers, and a designated point of contact.
- Legal registration documents of the company (CAC registration certificate)
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate / TIN Certificate.
- Evidence of experience in the relevant category.
- Provide at least three (3) copies of completed Job Orders / Reference Letters / Proof of Deliveries from reputable organizations.
Additional Information:
- TPO Nigeria is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT) but complies with relevant tax laws.

- Physical assessments may be conducted for pre-qualified suppliers.
- Suppliers will be invited to participate in TPO’s procurement processes for the next year upon successful pre-qualification.
- A company can express interest in up to three (3) categories with operational presence for each indicating the reference number in a sealed envelope.
