Introduction
Anchor for Life Support and Resilience (ALSAR) is a Nigerian-based non-profit organization dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability, educational empowerment, and livelihood support in underserved communities. In line with our mission to empower communities and foster resilience through sustainable solutions, ALSAR is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified suppliers for the supply and installation of 20 units of 3KVA inverter systems in communities in the Borno.
Scope of Work
This procurement is intended to support ALSAR’s ongoing community development and environmental sustainability programs. The selected supplier will provide and install the systems at various project sites within Borno State.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested suppliers must meet the following criteria:
- Be registered and licensed to operate in Nigeria.
- Have completed similar works in the past three years with at least 3 reputable organisations.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience supplying and installing inverters or related equipment.
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality products and provide after-sales support.
- Ability to supply the specified inverters within a stipulated timeline.
Technical Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers should submit the following documents:
- A company profile detailing the supplier’s experience and capacity to fulfil the order.
- Copy of business registration and licenses.
- Evidence of previous similar projects completed. Please provide pictures and purchase orders.
- Technical specifications and data sheets for the products being offered.
- A cover letter expressing interest and confirming the ability to meet the eligibility criteria.
Submission Deadline
All EOIs must be submitted electronically via our website (https://www.alsars.org/alsarexpression-of-interest-eoi-solar-inverters-alsar-eoi-2024-01/) no later than 1st of November 2024. All uploaded documents should be in pdf format and not be more than 10MB.
