Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head, Strategy & Governance to drive business growth, lead complex advisory engagements, and strengthen our governance and strategy offerings.
Role Overview
- The Head, Strategy & Governance will be responsible for growing the Advisory business by identifying client needs, developing relevant products and services, and leading the execution of strategy, governance, and transformation projects.
- The role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and the ability to manage subject matter experts and consultants across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy development and implementation engagements for clients.
- Deliver board evaluation, board recruitment, and board/strategy retreat assignments.
- Provide governance and strategy advisory services to boards, executives, and SMEs.
- Drive business development initiatives and expand FITC Advisory’s client portfolio.
- Scope, plan, and oversee the delivery of strategy, governance, and transformation projects.
- Manage and coordinate subject matter experts and consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support clients on corporate transformation and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;Master’sdegree preferred.
- 9– 11 years of work experience, with at least 5 years directly relevant to strategy, governance advisory, and team leadership in a big four (4) organizations.
- Proven experience leading strategy and governance engagements, and account management.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grow advisory business and manage client relationships.
