Job Summary
- Here is a Call for Expert Consultants! Join CCD’s 2024 Staff Retreat. Our client is seeking qualified and experienced consultants to train our team during our upcoming staff retreat, scheduled for 16th to 20th December 2024.
- We are looking for experts residing in Lagos to facilitate sessions on critical topics aimed at enhancing our organizational capacity and sustainability.
Topics and Dates:
- Review of CCD Strategic Plan (16th December)
- Result-Based Grant Writing and Fundraising (17th December)
- NGO Financial Management with Emphasis on Grant Management and Reporting (18th December)
- Leveraging Technology and Innovation for Effective Project Cycle Management
- Topics include M&E, Knowledge Management, and Application of Artificial Intelligence (19th December)
- Team Building and Fostering Partnerships with OPDs, Government Agencies, and Private Sector Organizations for Sustainability (20th December)
Consultant Requirements
- Proven expertise and practical experience in the relevant field.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage participants effectively.
- At least 5 years’ experience working with NGOs or related organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
