Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Operations at Life Helpers Initiative in Sokoto.
- The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, budgeting, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- The role also involves providing excellent customer service and utilizing analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and optimize operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Operations Management and Team Management skills
- Proven experience in a senior operations management role.
- Analytical Skills and Budgeting experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the non-profit or social development sector is desirable
