Role Description
- This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Digital Content Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Digital Content Manager will oversee content creation, planning, management and strategy efforts, focusing on managing web and social content and producing high-quality digital graphics and written materials. Responsibilities include planning, creating, and optimizing digital contents, as well as managing content-related platforms to align with organizational goals. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified digital strategy that supports the initiative’s mission and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Content Management and creating comprehensive Content Strategies
- Experience in Project Management to coordinate content development and executions
- Expertise in Web Content Writing and general Writing skill
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholder
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in content creation and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- High achieving creative with a growth mindset
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles
- Have a good online presence
- Experience working with non-profit organizations is an advantage
